Follow up appointments will form part of a personalised treatment plan and tailored to your individual requirements, and are generally 50 minutes in duration.

This session aims to welcome you to Reflexology, and whilst it isn't a full exploratory treatment it is an excellent opportunity to experience Reflexology and Lisa can answer any questions you may have regarding Foot and Hand Reflexology.
