Nimesh Patel graduated from the College of Osteopaths with a Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy, following a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and Management. He also holds qualifications as an ECB Level 2 Cricket Coach, a Level 2 Gym Instructor, and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
His clinical experience spans private practice and sports environments, working with a diverse range of patients—from athletes and active professionals to those managing chronic pain and postural issues. He treats the body as a connected whole, combining soft-tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, and gentle manipulation to restore mobility, ease tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Drawing on his background in sport science and athletic performance, Nimesh integrates exercise rehabilitation and performance-based care into his osteopathic approach. He is passionate about helping patients understand their bodies, improve function, and build long-term resilience through movement and education.
Having played cricket for several years at age-group level for Leicestershire County Cricket Club, Nimesh brings first-hand insight into the physical and psychological demands of competitive sport. His coaching experience extends to the international stage, having mentored junior players who represented England at the Indoor Cricket World Cup in New Zealand in 2018. This experience deepens his understanding of athletic performance, injury prevention, and the importance of maintaining both physical and mental balance.
He continues to develop professionally in areas such as sports injury management and biomechanics to ensure his treatments remain evidence-based and patient-focused. Outside of clinic, Nimesh remains actively involved in cricket, coaching both All Stars and Dynamos programmes to help young players develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

Sarah decided to train as a psychotherapist after experiencing its considerable benefit to her personally during a time of professional and personal upheaval.
Her core belief is that when provided with empathy, safety, and a skilled listener we can begin to recover our true sense of self. Using compassionate curiosity, rather than critical, judgemental, internalised messages we can live more authentically. Improving our relationship with others, the world around us, and most importantly with ourselves.
Exploring our past challenges, and how they inform our present, can begin to unlock a more fulfilling future.
I work with individuals aged 18 years and over. My areas of particular interest are neurodiversity and gender and sexuality difference. I have also worked extensively with trauma, grief, loss, and change, whether that be actual bereavement or a client’s experience of moving through life’s various stages and the resulting challenges.

He understands that sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure of how to move forward, and offers a space to explore these experiences without judgement or pressure.

She is certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Health and Fitness Education (HFE) and affiliated with YMCA Awards. Toni is building a space that offers more than just a workout, it's about connection, creativity and confidence. Her vision is to create a studio that nurtures mind, body and spirit while empowering clients to move with purpose and dream big.
